Wow, I am a wdw vet and often book online, but have never been to DL. I often enjoy to talking to WDW reps also.This week I called and booked a reservation at DL, 3 days later I had to call and move it back a day due to plane flights. It was for a Saturday night in June during the diamond celebration at Paradise Pier. No surprise there was nothing showing available. She was so kind, put me on hold, got a supervisor. They checked another system, she described kind of as a behind the scenes system that may have availability, and were able to change the reservation and kept my rate the same. I actually spoke to the supervisor while they were trying to find me something. From initial booking on, the helpfulness and attitudes were exceptional- True disney style. I did the surveys for all of the agents!
