Hi Everyone - just organizing our Europe Cruise which includes a visit to Paris and of course DL.

I will have a 6 year old and 12 year old at the time of traveling in April 2018 - how many days would ppl suggest to do at DL Paris.

We have done DL Anaheim and we did that in 5 days. Just not sure how many extra days to allow for DL Paris - we will be staying onsite at DL Hotel.

Thanks for your help.

Rosa

Depends on when in April. In the whole of April French pupils will have time off. Zone A: 16-04 till 01-05, Zone B (including northern France): 09-04 till 23-04 and Zone C (including the region of Paris): 02-04 till 17-04, so your best bet would be at the end of April. You can find the zones here

On normal circumstances three days would be enough. Studios is very small but has four E-ticket rides that can have long lines, especially Crush Coaster and Ratatouille (tip: Go to Ratatouille first thing in the morning, get a fast pass and then go in line for Crush coaster). Two days should be enough for the Disneyland Park, half a day to one day for Studios. It would be wisest to use the magic hours two times for the Disneyland Park and be at the gates for Studios one time at 10:00.

DLP is a similar size to DL California
Just a few additions to what was said above by previous poster -

- As well as looking at holidays for French pupils other European countries have as much effect especially UK

- If you are staying in the Disneyland hotel you will get one hotel fast pass per person per day in addition to what you can get normally - you could use this to ride Ratatouille so my advice would be to line up for Crush first thing rather than go to get a FP for Ratatouille. The Studio park opens at 10 but you often get let in by 9.30 and the ride can open slightly earlier as well so aim to be at the gates by 9.30.
Ratatouille can also be don't single rider which is usually the best way (quickest) but with a 6yr old you won't be able to do that.
Crush also has a single rider line but it doesn't move very fast so you can wait just as long as the normal queue. Crush has no FP.
Crush is quite a fast coaster which spins so don't be misled by what you see outside.

- I would say you need more than half a day at Studios - there are a couple of good shows unique to DLP which are worth watching - Cinemagique and Mickey and the Magician. There is also Tower of terror which hasn't been changed unlike the one at DL.

- As suggested above make use of the extra magic hours as you will get a lot of the Fantasyland rides covered by doing that

The dates for the April given above are the dates for 2017

The dates for 2018 are

2018 Zone A
Spring: Sat 7Apr – Mon 23Apr

2018 Zone B
Spring: Sat 21Apr Mon 7May

2018 Zone C
