DL Online Booking Fail

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has been succesful in booking DL resort and tix through the official site?

It lets me go right through to entering CC info and then says that it has failed, and I should start my request again.

Maybe I should just call?...

Have you considered booking through a Disney specialist Travel Agent. It doesn't cost you anything more than booking directly with Disney but if any further specials come up they apply it to your account without you having to be aware of it.

I received really amazing service from Bob Hill at Mousetales Travel. Worth asking for a quote anyway, he gets back to you quickly.

Sorry - can't really help you. I did book my trip last June through the website and it worked perfectly for me.

I did our original WDW booking through the Disney website without any problems. (although ended up cancelling that and rebooking with DU - it's great having a US based TA who can do all the "leg work" for you.

Thanks for the replies everyone - I just booked it over the phone.

I did actually get a quote from a specialist, but it was almost $600 *more* than the direct quote from Disney.
