TLDR: Save your money. LLPP wasn’t the best bang for your buck. No surprises there. It’s a one & done experience. Glad we had the experience though. The biggest advantage still is rope dropping on a non early entry day.
Did LLMP first day & LLPP on second day (birthday present & we wanted to test the difference) with park hopper tickets between the two.
Miles walked with LLMP 8.8 miles & with LLPP 7.6 miles.
LLPP was nice to hit the parks in a circle vs. zigzagging. LLPP worked nicely and felt more valued at DCA since more attractions had longer standby wait times. Plus the park is setup more as a circle. It was a mixed bag for DL. More LL rides at DL were down way more often. Given that, had to zigzag a little.
LL had line jumpers at DL no matter what. No line jumpers that we saw at DCA. The positive is of course low wait times overall with any sort of LL.
Sure, some might say you’ll be on the phone less with LLPP. However, it didn’t feel that way. Not one bit and we had magic bands. It felt the same being on the phone because you’re still checking wait times, ride outages, mobile ordering, & taking pictures. Booking LLMP really isn’t an inconvenience when you’re already using your phone for the above.
You’re best bang your buck if you want LL experience, LLMP, single rider RSR, and ride ROTR during dinner meal hours. LLPP leaves rides on the table if you don’t want to do them. LLMP offers more flexibility and selection of the rides your entire party wants to do for a fraction of the cost.
We finished all LLPP at DCA got this screenshot of Mickey fireworks. Was a cute touch.
Didn’t do the following at DL: Autopia, Buzz, Roger Rabbit, Indiana Jones, M Falcon, & Tiana’s. Just personal preference of smell, motion sickness, & well didn’t want to be soaked head to toe again.
Hope this helps if anyone is on the fence between LLMP or LLPP. If we’re offered a survey going to do it. I know going unlimited with LLPP isn’t in the cards. Would be nice if you can at least depending on the day select 3-5 rides for a repeat.
