So we're planning for a Dec trip to Disneyland and I'm trying to find a good hotel. Is it too cold to swim in Dec? Or should I try to find a hotel with an indoor pool? My two oldest will be upset if they have to look at an outdoor pool and not be able to swim! LOL

We just went this past December & the warmest it every got was 68ish, now we are from Illinois & when we left it was in single digits, but 68 was still not warm enough to swim outside, even when it was sunny.

We stayed at the Desert Inn & Suites & they had an indoor pool. Nothing big or fancy - but usable. And the best part was the hotel was almost directly across from the main entrance into Disneyland.

When I started looking to book (around now) the rooms/suites that I was looking at was around $119, they went up fast & we paid $199. So, book early & you can always cancel, they have a 48 hour notice for no fee's.

Good luck reserving & have fun on your trip!

I do remember atleast 1 other one mentioned w/in the Anaheim area, but you would have to drive or shuttle to DL everyday. Sorry, I don't remember the name of the hotel, but I do remember it was another "Suites" hotel.
