DL Express Reservations???

I just called Grayline and they told me I do not need reservations from the airport or back to the airport because we are staying at the GC.

Is that correct? Their website says to make reservations....

I have used them three times and the first two I did not have reservations. The last trip, I noticed the same thing on their website and decided to make ressie's. The driver told us we did not need to do so (I asked while we were en route as I was curious). I would recommend doing so if you are going during a peak season. I would think that would reserve you a spot versus someone that did not have ressie's (not sure on this one but makes sense to me!) It is always nice to have the convenience of paying in advance as well.

We easily picked up the DL Express from LAX and back to it two weeks age with no ressies!

We stayed at Radisson maingate and did not need to change buses on either route and got dropped off and picked up right outside the hotel, just give yourself enough time for journey delays on your return trip, and get a timetable for return times on your journey from the airport!

I have never made reservations and we have used the bus many times. It leaves the airport and each hotel at the same time each day.

We pre-booked this time around because I wanted to pre-pay as I will be with the kids alone and meeting dh at the GC. I dealt with a lady named Terri Eubanks and was she ever polite and professional to deal with. I was quite impressed!
