How crowded is it the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving? We have been to DW that week and it was ok the days before and miserable on Thanksgiving day. Trying to decide if it is worth a one day visit or if we would just be in line the whole time.

It gets progressively more crowded as the week goes on. If you take advantage of early entry, and do as much as you can in the morning hours you should be good As the day goes on, it gets much more crowded. It wasn't unmanageable by any means (last year on Columbus Day weekend it was INSANE compared to Thanksgiving week), but yes, it will be crowded

We were there for the entire week last year. It was CROWDED. As people have said, it got worse the farther into the week it got. Tuesday wasn't too bad and I think the longest we waited in line was 45 minutes or so.

It can be very crowded during that week, but with good planning and organization you can still have lots of fun.

Thanksgiving day and the Friday are really not bad. The blackout days kick in and the crowds are managable. Saturday the crowds build up.

I was there last year during Thanksgiving week, and I can tell you my thoughts. The day before Thanksgiving was heavy, but manageable, not insane like earlier in the week. The day of Thanksgiving was still busy, but even better. You have to get there at opening to take advantage of fast pass and the lighter crowds. I found I could do alot of rides, etc the first couple of hours after opening, then the crowds started to get heavier, and from that point on I was taking pics.
