My family is very interested in visiting all of these parks during our vacation. My question is this: where should we stay? I'll like to stay in one hotel during our visit, but would like to be centrally located, if that's possible. Would love to stay in one of the Disneyland Hotels, but am not sure if that's the logical choice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would stay at the DLR because you have DL and DCA right there. Knott's is only about a 10 minute jaunt up the road. Six Flags MM is but a hop on the 5 fwy and a 45 minute drive w/o traffic.

Radisson Resort Knott's Berry Farm is great. Immaculate hotel with excellent service. It is walking distance to the front gate at Knott's. Free shuttle to Disneyland. Free parking. Easy access to the freeways.

The Radisson is convenient to Knotts and depending on what time of year you go, they have a water park, Soak City, as well. There are many dining choices within a few miles.

That said, DLR would still be my choice. It's more expensive, but there are more options for you and your family. Not only do you have the parks, but you also have Downtown Disney within a short walking distance to the hotels. You have AMC movies, ESPN Zone, Rainforest Cafe, House of Blues, etc. I believe there are more restaurant choices around DLR than Knotts. If you stay at the resort for a few days and don't go off property, you can really feel like you are not in the middle of Orange County suburbia especially if you stay at the Grand Californian.

Anyways just my .02
