DL/CA Park Ticket Question

I have non-expiring park hoppers for the two parks. Can those tickets be used at WDW, or put towards buying WDW tickets?

No, it only works the other way around. If you have non-expiring (or yet to be expired) WDW park tickets, you can exchange them for DL tickets.

What I want to know is how you came by these as all DLR tickets expire 13 days after first use (excluding APs).
