Dizzy Dolphin

has anyone used the Dizzy dolphin delivery service and what did you think, I need to be able to order specific dietary items that I can't get from Garden Grocer.

We have used them and everything was fine. My BIL is DVC and wanted to support them because the owners of Dizzy Dolphin are DVC members too.

WeGo shop lets you send them a shopping list and you can select the store.

We rent a car for the day and do our own shopping.

We used them and they were awesome. We used we go shop once before and the order was fine but the lady was a bit rude on the phone and acted put out by a change I requested. Dizzy dolphin was extremely nice and brought the items directly to the room and helped us put them away. I will definitely use dizzy dolphin again. You just email dizzy dolphin your list and she shopped wherever you want- she got most of my stuff at publix bc I requested their brands but some stuff at Walmart bc it was cheaper.

Have you ever just rented a car at the Dolphin for 1 day? Always thought about doing that.

We usually hire a car and last year staying on site we hardly used it, so this year want to try the grocery delivery and not get a car. I've found a facebook page for Dizzy dolphin which has really good reviews on it.

We've always used Garden Grocer because they also offer beer and I can prepay and not have to be there to receive the order. I like that they will leave it with Bell Services for us. Does this place offer beer? Do they have a minimum order? What's their delivery fee? Can you pay online with a credit card (incl. tip) so that you don't have to be there to receive the order?!

We've never used either one but we're seriously thinking about using DD this time around. I remember reading on another thread that they've delivered to their room before and had everything put up before they got to their room. How did they access the room?

I haven't used them yet but what I have found out so far is you can pay by credit card or paypal before delivery or when delivered. Yes they deliver alcohol, there's a $50 minimum order and $14 delivery charge

I was happy with all the communication prior to arrival and even more excited when we arrived and everything was already in our room and our refrigerated items were packed in the refrigerator. I will definately be using them again for our future stays.

I do not understand how a reportedly non Disney approved vendor is getting access to your room prior to check in. What if the front desk gave you a different room?

I thought I'd update you on my experience with using Dizzy Dolphin. Placing the order was really easy and they came back to me the next day with the cost including delivery which was very reasonable. I confirmed the order and then paid the week we were going by paypal in case I wanted to change anything. When we arrived and checked in my order was there and Bell Services brought it up to the room, everything was there that I ordered and there was even a little gift bag from them with some goodies in which was a nice touch particularly the mini first aid kit. I'll definitely be using them again when we go next year.
