DIY Disney Theme (Mickey and Minnie) Invitations

Were on a very strict budget for our at home disney wedding. Our theme is Mickey, Minnie and the Cinderella Castle. Our colors are red, black and white. I really like the pocket fold look, but I need 125 invites so it adds up. Any advice and suggestions would be great!

This website has supplies you can order, but more importantly it has images of the unfolded invites. This would be a good way to make your own using colored cardstock or something.
