Divine message from above? Strange occurance....

Wanna hear something weird. We've been painting the trim around the door that seperates the dining room to the living room. It was stained walnut. So we primed the wood then put on a coat of white paint. Yesterday I put on another coat of white paint. When I looked at it later about halfway up there is a blue cross that appeared. It's not drawn on but seems to be embedded.

I tried to take a picture of it but I can't get close enough for it to come out clear. (Cue eerie music)

If the "blue cross" is a fine 2 lines, it is most likely ink. Ink will bleed through paint and is hard to cover unless a couple coats of primer are used followed by the paint.

I love those kind of things. My Mom is the curator of our county's Historical Museum. It is only a year old. She was painting a sign and having a terrible time with the black paint....it just didn't want to cover. She had gone over the same area over and over. When she looked again, there was an image of Jesus there! I laughed at her but when I saw it....there He was Jesus!

Then this winter, same museum....ice had frozen from the ground up and yes, everyone who saw it said the same thing...it was Mary!
