Both. There is a designated smoking area.

Designated-Schmesignated. If there is smoking allowed in the room, you'll smell, taste and see it (not to mention how your clothes smell when you go back to the cabin). We were in Diversions two weeks ago and it was smoky a couple of nights, and no one was smoking another.

I agree mrsfuzzmo. It stinks and I can't breathe. Why didn't they make the new area non smoking?

We also agree. They should make the inside of the ship non-smoking. If people want to smoke, there are plenty of outside decks where they can enjoy their smoke.
