Diver message at Coral Reef

Hello does anyone know if you can still book a diver at Coral Reef restaurant to deliver a personalised message from the tank? I've spent ages looking online and there's lots of mixed messages about whether they still do this. Also is there an email address I can email the request for this to? I live in England so want to avoid having to ring the US if possible. I wanted to do it as a surprise for my future husband when we go out for our planning session in March. Thanks
