Yep. I've learned that no amount of good sense and logic will convince a crazy person that they're wrong. I don't even bother. In fact, I shouldn't really be posting here because I didn't read that thread ..... I don't have the stomach for it. It's dam depressing.

exactly! between growing up in a v. republican town (one of the few in NJ) and my conservative family, i know not all republicans are redneck bible-thumpers...
