distilled water?

I thought I saw a comment somewhere that a cruiser was able to call DCL and request a bottle of distilled water for her husband's CPAP. Is this really something we can do, because my DH also has a CPAP. He just started using it a few months ago and we both sleep so much better. He was just going to use tap water rather than do a grocery stop just for that. If DCL can help us out it would be great.

Yes. Call them. My DH needed a gallon for nasal rinse. No questions asked. They just provided it.

We've requested this a few times for a CPAP machine. DCL will provide a gallon of distilled water. Your stateroom host will put it in your stateroom.

Also I was told in a pinch you can use bottled water and as a last resort tap. For either you need to clean the humidifier out more often.

Yep and they also provide an extension cord for the CPAP if needed. We did on the Magic but we had to pick that up at guest services and then we returned it on the last morning.

You can also email SpecialServices@disneycruise.com give them your reservation # and ask for the distilled water and it will be waiting in your stateroom. My husband has a CPAP machine also and we request it every cruise and it is always in the stateroom when we arrive.

And if you have requested it and for some reason it is NOT there, tell your stateroom host it was requested but is not there, or let guest services know. This happened to us one cruise - it wasn't there, we let our stateroom host know, guest services called us very apologetic and got some delivered to the room.

If you do a B2B cruise and request distilled water for a CPAP, you will probably end up with 2 gallons, one for each cruise. A bit more than needed for the cruises
