Distance from Windsor Hills to Epcot/Rope Drop?

We will be at Epcot on a Saturday in mid May. How much time should I allow to travel from Windsor Hills to Epcot in order to make it by rope drop? My goad is to be at Soarin before the wait time reaches 15 minutes.
 
If I remember back in 2008 it took about 15-20 minutes or so to get to Epcot.
