Distance between San Diego and the Farmers Market

Can someone please tell me approximately the distance (miles and time) between San Diego (we're staying at the Pacific Terrace) to The Farmers Market, Grove Mall and American Girl Store (I understand they are right in the same area?? I'm hoping while my daughter and I shop the AG store hubby can tour the Farmers Market.

and then, from the Farmer Market area the distance to Hollywood Blvd (where the Kodak Theatre is)...?

It's 125 Miles from the Pacific Terrace Hotel in San Diego to the Farmers Market/American Girl store. That drive will take anywhere from 2 hours 15 minutes in zero traffic (1-3 AM) to 4 hours 30 minutes in traffic. I would plan on 3 to 3-1/2 hours. The Farmers Market is in the heart of LA.

From there it's only about 2-1/2 miles to the Kodak Theater.

Is there an "ideal" time to drive, next to the middle of the night?? lol We'd be making the trip on a Tuesday. What would the best time to leave the Pacific Terrace if we want to hit the least amt of traffic possible?

I would leave after rush hour, perhaps 9:00 a.m. or so.
