Distance between Kidani Village and AKL

Can someone give me the answer. We're having a spirited WDW discussion and this question came up. I tried search but not successful.

Just found my answer - about 1/2 mile.

That distance is from the main entrance of Jambo House to main entrance of Kidani Village.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is now the name for the entire resort. The original building is Jambo, the new one Kidani. The front door to front door distance is about 1/2 mile. If you are at end of South Wing of Kidani (closest one to Jambo), you can exit via an elevator toward the end and distance to Jambo front door is a little over 1/4 mile. Note, real distance can vary greatly. For example if your room is at the end of one of the trails at Jambo (furthest from the Jambo front door) and you want to walk to a room that is at the end of the North Wing at Kidani (the furthest from Jambo), the distance is just about a mile.
