Disposable nipple for the 8oz bottles?

We are leaving in a few weeks, and will be traveling with a 7 month old. I have used the ready to feed Similac 8oz bottles before and just poured them into his regular bottle. But I was hoping to just be able to throw the entire thing away. Does anyone know if the disposable nipple/ring that fits on the 2 oz bottles work on the 8oz ones? Or what disposable nipple/ring does fir on the 8oz one?

I hope he would take a different type of nipple. We use the Playtex bottles.
