So with the disney transportation the buses do not go from resort to resort..you have to go to a park and get a bus to the resort, right?
Now what about park to park buses? Can you get a bus from MK to AK or DHS? Or do you have to go to a resort and then get a park bus?
If the buses do park hopping then I doubt I will rent a vehicle. But if not...I am thinking of renting the vehicle. Especially when wdw tells you to allow 60-90 minutes of travel time to get to adr's!
You don't really need a car when visiting WDW. It can come in handy if you want to pick up groceries or go directly to another resort. But you have to weigh the cost of the car against the savings in groceries and cab fares. If you stay onsite can you manage without a vehicle? Can you just use Disney transportation to get from resort to resort to theme park hopping and to Downtown Disney and back? Or do you need a vehicle? Thank you.
We haven't taken a car in a long time. We just always use the WDW transportation. If you want to go to another resort from your resort, take a bus to one of the parks or DTD and then take the bus to the other resort. Does anyone know if you can also get resort buses from TTC?

Man, thaks for all of the replies. We always go to DL and we live close enough to drive. Sowe never have to worry about drinks and cheap snacks. I guess if I need to get those items like milk, juice or water we will need to rent a car? Are there any stores onsite? Also, I realize this may be a really dumb question, but what is the TTC?
Thanks,
Goldie
