Disneyworld resort discounts for 2013

I saw on Mousesavers that Disney is offering 5-30% discount on rooms and also ticket discounts from April through June of 2013 for Visa Disney card holders and that it will be offered to general public 1/3/2013. Do they offer discounts at most resorts? Anyone have info on this??
