Hi can anyone tell me if there is a bus or taxi service for Disney Hotel Guests that go to Universal or SeaWorld?

Yes, Mears transportation (Checker cab) handle the transportation for Disney. Ask the doorman for a cab. Mears also picks up at Universal and Sea World. They have stands at both parks.
