What format did you use for the ZIP (Postal code)?

I've tried twice with no space between the digits and then again with a space after the first 3 digits - still no luck

It worked for me with the space between the 3 first characters.

I used upper case, with a space between the first three and last three. Good luck!!

Just keep refreshing. It does work eventually. I used the space between the postal code and upper case and that worked.

I know... I sent them an email basically saying "Yes I know Quebec rules are strict, but given how big Disney is I think you could spend a little extra ressources and allow Quebec residents to enter".

I doubt I'll get a response, but I figured no harm could come out of it.

It took me a few tries as well, but I was successful eventually. The field had no issue with the space in between my postal code.

I know... I sent them an email basically saying "Yes I know Quebec rules are strict, but given how big Disney is I think you could spend a little extra ressources and allow Quebec residents to enter".

I doubt I'll get a response, but I figured no harm could come out of it.

Why are you getting on Disney's case about this? It is not something Disney does to piss of Quebecers. Send your emails where it belongs- to your provincial government (it's because of their ridiculous exclusion laws.)

As for the postal code problems, I had to try half a dozen times before it would accept mine. Definitely need all caps and the middle space. I've read on other forums that folks are having problems entering due to very high demand on the site.

I just entered with lower case postal code and a space between 3rd and 4th characters. Had no issues at all.

I just entered too and no issues with the postal code. Used a space and upper case - went through first time.

I know that it is rough, but the issue isn't Disney, it is the Quebec government. Likewise, there are certain rules regarding DVC (timeshares) for some people across Canada. Again, not Disney, but the governments. I accept that.
