Hi,
when you buy on disneystore.com, or when in disney World(if you have your purchases shipped home), do you have to pay for customs or only the shipping? Do they sometimes have free shipping for us in Canada?

Had to pay customs on my last order just before Christmas. Heard about free shipping to Canada over a year ago but haven't seen it myself.

Did not have to pay customs on Photopass CD last year but the two merchandise orders had to pay customs broker. Good Luck

Most recent reports we've heard is that brokerage/duties are charged upon delivery by UPS. We've complained to the Disney Store online numerous times, and they sadly seem to not care about the issue. In particular we've told them how 2 big U.S. photography stores, B&H and Adorama, both ship to Canada (via Purolator and Fed-Ex) with all taxes and customs fees included - and quite reasonably to boot. It seems since Jim Fielding left the Disney Store they seem to be a lot less customer-friendly. I'd encourage everyone to email the Disney Store and let them know your concerns.
