Well after spending many $$$$$$ with Disney I'm a premier guest and I always receive free shipping.
But if you have a catolog from the store there is a free shipping code on the back cover. I don't have one right now or I would give it to you.

I think I am a premier guest too. I always get those mailings that they send to premier guests. I don't know anything about the free shipping though. Is there a code for premier guests to get free shipping? Do, I have to call and talk to someone to place an order?

I have received something that gave me a number to call direct for the premier guests but I no idea what it is now.
When I call now they switch me over to a different department when I give them my name, they must have it in there files that I am a premier guest.
But I have also been told by a CM that if it's an online special I need to order it over the internet and not over the phone. Then I have to send them a message telling them to remove the shipping charges off my bill.
Some CM will adjust the price and some will tell me to place my order over the internet, I guess it's the luck of the draw on who answers the my call.

I will try sending them a message to remove my shipping as I just received an order last week. I like to order online because I can order through the Northwest Airlines mall and get additional frequent flier miles. Thanks for the info. I'll try.

Just a little heads up..
Last time I ordered over the internet I did email them to have my shipping charges removed. But when I checked the charges to my debit the shipping was not removed, so I did call them and they credited back to my checking account.
So you may want to make sure they do remove shipping and or DC discounts.
