maybe a possibility for some...I just called Merchandising at DL and they had in what I wanted. So I ordered the Marie Vinylmation and they are sending it to me. Just a thought that you might want to try merchandising. So Disney shopping is out, put they had it at merchandising...YEAH! DD will be so happy!

I just got an email from Disney store.com that my order had shipped. I looked at it a little closer and the only item that has shipped is the item that was on backorder so now I'm going to be waiting for the rest of the order that I thought would have been here first.

Well I got a call last night from Disney Store CS. They informed me that the replacement shirt I had asked about was only available in a L or 2X (need XL of course). They are shipping me the large and if it is too small I can return it to the Disney store nearby. Must say I was impressed that the CS cast member had called - don't think I would want that job with all the mix-ups though...
I think I will head to the Disney Store to get a shirt as a back-up...

I purchased a Tiana throw for my Mama BEA (my granny), they spelled it BEE . They sent me another at NO CHARGE!!

I received the Large T-shirt in time for xmas - but I knew it would be too small. I got another call from Disney after filling out a survey about my purchase. They told me to hold onto the shirt and call back after Christmas because the "original" t-shirt was supposed to be coming back in stock. Called today - the original t-shirt is still out of stock but the "replacement" t-shirt was available in an XL. I told them that was fine and they are sending it along with a $15 gift card. They also told me to keep the Large shirt...so this $8 shirt has cost Disney a pair of pajamas, a t-shirt, and and $15 GC.

Also - I laid the hot pink toddler pj's on DH's pillow after Xmas for him - told him Santa brought them for him - at first he thought Santa was bringing him a daughter which I quickly cleared up - He still hasn't tried them on....

The other Christmas I ordered the expensive Tiana wedding dress to the tune of $90. 3 days before Christmas the box arrived. Instead of the Tiana dress, there was a pair of Minnie Mouse slippers. I called and FLIPPED out (nicely, of course). DD was 3 at the time and the only thing she asked for was a Tiana dress.
They managed to get it to my house on time...and she was thrilled
