Why no creole type of restaurant at Disneysprings....

Either no one has been willing to take a chance on one at DS, or that there's Boatwrights at POR, which is a boatride away.

There are 2 New Orleans theme resorts with plenty of food to choose from and you can take a boat from DS so really no need for a New Orleans restaurant at DS.

Why no creole type of restaurant at Disneysprings....

Don't know where you are from, but being from south LA, I've never been to a 'NOLA type' restaurant that remotely tasted like NOLA food!
The beignets at French Quarter are just passable to the ones at Cafe du Monde - same with any 'gumbos' or similar staple. That may be one reason they don't have one - would need a chef that knew his 'stuff', not just a recipe.

I wish Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen would come to Disney Springs, there is one in the California Downtown Disney and its excellent! Way better than House of Blues, IMHO.
