Ok, so for those that do not know my story...In October, Jess gave me a Jim Shore Sorcerer Mickey music figure for my birthday...I love it, its really nice...You crank the music box, and the brooms spin around to the music...WELL, a few weeks ago, I was just surfing, and found on Disney Movie Rewards the same figure, only it LIGHTS UP....I was a little shocked...So I went to the Disneyshopping site and, yep, its supposed to have an LED light that goes on and lights up the brooms...So I call Disneyshopping and tell the lady what I just learned...She agrees with me, then tells me to hold on...She comes back and tells me "its not supposed to light up, it just means you can shine a flashlight inside it to make it bright"
I said, you're kidding, right? She tells me no, that her and her supervisor agree...I said, it comes with batteries for a light...She tells me thats just extra batteries, and I ask for what?? So, she then says even if its supposed to light up, I am out of the return time...I explain how I just learned it, and she says does not matter...So, I hand up, and send an email expressing my unhappiness at the whole deal..Well, I get an email from IVORY...She also cannot believe I was told that, and researches Jess's order..LONG story short, she sends me a return postage form to send back the defective one (even though I didnt have the box) and she said she is sending one out asap...Well, it came today, and this one DOES have a light...Its awesome...Now it lights up inside and looks even better...And Im positive the other box did NOT have a light in it!!
So, great job for their customer service, and thanks for taking care of me.....
