I know I read this in another post, but couldn't find it. I ordered a Jack Sparrow backpack and lunchbox for DS6 to take to school. I read a thread (after placing the order) where someone thought the backpack looked smaller than the standard size, and asked if anyone else had the same issue.
Well, ours has arrived, and it is definitely smaller, TOO SHORT to hold standard 8.5 x 11" folders. The folders will fit in (so the width is OK), but you can't zip the top closed. How disappointing! Also, the lunchbox contains a waterbottle, but it fills up half the interior and there is nowhere else outside the lunchbox or backpack to store the waterbottle, so we likely won't use it.
My DS6 LOVES the backpack and lunchbox, so we'll have to figure out something else to use it for, and get another backpack for school. Just wanted to let others know about the small size!
