So seriously how many days bw email and receipt of magic bands? I didn't tell the kids they were coming.

FastPass + reservations have been made, they just need a little tweaking but that will have to wait till after I get some shut eye. Hoping the AC & how water gets fixed soon for everyone, fingers crossed.

Ugh!!! Just read about the ac and hot water. So not what you want to be without on vacation. Hoping it is resolved soon and everyone is comfortable again!

Holy cow would I be unhappy without AC and hot water. I really hope they get that taken care of soon.

We are on the 4th floor of the BC and it is all fixed now. I came back last night and took an ICE cold shower though which was not pleasant , but I had been sweating and rained on all day.
at least it is fixed!

I've been monitoring the airport cancellations. It does not seem to be impacting BWI or MCO.

Yes the hot water is back!! Haven't tried the ac yet. I am at YC. Going to HS today. Hoping the rain stays away tonight so we can try out the pool. Hope everyone at the YC/BC has a great day today.

Again, so sorry to hear about the discomfort overnight.

Kudos to BC/YC for restoring the AC and hot water in a fairly prompt manner. It's never easy, when mechanical failures like these occur over a weekend.

We were sweating last night but it wasn't enough to make me want to move, luckily we did 5 baths and showers before the water ran out but DH took the cold shower. The CL lounge had beer and wine flowing which made it tolerable and I mean poring at the tables flowing. There was a nice breeze when they opened the patio doors. If it wasn't raining it wouldn't have been a huge deal I think. Our room temp didn't get above 77 if that gives you an idea

We are doing SAB all day and MK tonight, of course rains in the forecast but it's all good lol

Yes it wasn't good. They also had to empty the coolers at the Marketplace, and had issues with the ice machines.

Despite this the cast members were amazing through it all. They brought in incredible characters for the kids in the lobby and really rallied together. More reasons to love BC!

Agreed! It was definitely lively in the lobby last night, in a good way

No matter how uncomfortable for the guests, I can't possibly imagine how bad it must have been for characters who had every square inch of skin covered. Of course, I also think about them,when watching the parades in the hot and humid summer weather conditions.

I wonder what would have happened if you would have asked if the CL CM's could run over to the Poly and bring you Lapu Lapu's as compensation for the inconvenience, LOL?
