Disney's towncar

Has anyone booked their towncar through Disney Travel ?
We were wondering what service they used. The travel agent (AAA) said he thought it was Mears but then Disney agent said they do not use Mears for Limo/towncar but another service called Star ? any comments would help . Thanks We have already booked.

I don't know if it was booked through Disney travel, but the hottest trip report this side of the sun (see delswife) started off with a major negative thumbs down for Star Limo. I would check to be sure if it was Star Limo or not before committing. After reading delswife's account of what happened, I know that Star Limo would not be a company I would consider.

Last Jan. we also booked through AAA . The town car service was star. it was GREAT! The driver was waiting at baggage and helped with luggage. Was very nice friendly driver. on return car was waiting for us and everything went great. This was last jan so things could be different. jama
