We are staying at the Dolphin for one night in March (basically just to get a good night's sleep before driving home he next day). It looks like an absolutely awesome hotel and I want to get the most out of our morning there before we check out. We have a seven hour drive home and we'd like to get home before dark. Are there any must sees at the Dolphin before we leave?
Also, do they have resort specific merchandise (such a pins) or anything like that? My DD7 collects pins from each year and each resort we visit.
Thanks so much for any info!!!

They have a wonderful pool and beach area..... so relaxing! lovely places to walk and just take in the scenery from the studios all the way to Epcot..... They have a little disney gift shop, and some other lovely gift shops to browse in- Picabu is great for a simple meal (cafeteria style) I personally like to grab a Fresh juice at Fresh on my way out to the pools to just relax and read....

Are you staying over on a Friday or Saturday? If so, Garden Grove at the Swan has a character breakfast on weekends. The food is very good and, if you have a AAA membership card, you get 20% off. They serve a breakfast buffet everyday, but characters are only there on weekends. If you are looking for a good dinner the night before, I highly recommend bluezoo. You could also walk around the Boardwalk to see the other resorts and, in the evening, see magicians and jugglers. The pool and playground area are very nice. You could also walk across the street and play Fantasia mini-golf.

We will be there on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Just tried to book the breakfast, but they were full so I'll just keep checking back. :) Thanks so much for the info!

I don't think Garden Grove has reservations for character breakfast, just walk ins.... which is why (I think) it shows no availabilty...you can try calling direct to restaurant and ask tho

Whew!!!! Thank you so much! I'll call right now! :)

Yes, calling the Swan/Dolphin restaurants directly for reservations is the best way to go! If that doesn't work, try walking up. No guarantees, but we were able to walk up with a party of 3 for breakfast there last April.
