As a seller, does it make a difference to the agreed upon terms of the deal if Disney buys it back? I am in process of selling and agreed to pay some of the closing costs. Would I actually benefit if Disney decides to take it, or would I still pay that portion and the $100 transfer fee? Just wondering...

ROFR allows Disney to purchase the contract at the same terms already offered. As the seller, you will get the same amount regardless who purchases the contract.
