Ehhhh....I don't see that on my page at all. On the app, I get Messages, Account Charges, etc. but no Service Your Way. I did go through a Disney travel agent though. From what I read on here, that could be the difference.

Did you get any sort of discount by booking with the TA? That might disqualify you from this offer.

I booked with Dreams and it didn’t show up for me, either. I took care of it at the front desk.

We had the same thing happen in 12/2018 when moving from CSR to Pop. We didn't ask for it and fully expected to pick up our luggage at luggage services, but when we got there they told us it was already in the room.

We left our luggage with baggage services early AM in Dec when we transferred to POP from UNI Cabana Bay. When we got back to our room at 930 pm, the luggage was there.

hmmm, I forgot about that. have not done on line check in but we did book through a TA. Discount we booked under is the GP "Gift of Magic".
I do recall reading last year that if you booked through the TA that had the Exclusive offers you did not qualify for this offer.

Hmm, I checked in before I put in DME info and I swear it was in with the room requests, but I don't see it at all now (after putting in DME info). I still see the box to tick if you want to override requests for early arrival, but nowhere to enter time.

I’ve also heard a few people reporting this in the past, but it doesn’t make sense to me. I mean, the opt out is because they’re short on housekeepers. They encourage you to opt out. Besides it doesn’t make sense that people can book free dining at Pop, which is probably the best discount of all, and opt out.

Anyways, as I’ve mentioned last page, we’ve booked the TA with exclusive offers for Pop and POFQ. We’ve always been able to opt out.

There is so much dislike of The 15's on this board. I found them to be charming and a lot fun. They were loud sometimes and there is no doubt if you got to the bus stop just behind them the group could take up 80% of the bus, but I enjoyed watching how much fun they were having. What a wonderful experience for them!

Hmm, that wasn’t what I took away from that. I saw a group having fun. I saw them immediately stop when one leader wanted their attention, then they all cheered because it was time to go. If this had been 3am maybe then it would be a problem.

They were also on the side of an area, away from rooms. I think it's a wonderful opportunity for them!

I know others have experienced troubles but the time we were there with the 15's and staying in the same building with them, we didn't even know they were there except when we were going to and from our room and they were nothing but kind and friendly!

Do you think going to Pop without the hippie dippy pool open, if it’s not finished by April, will make it less enjoyable? is that the best of the pools in your opinion and will it make the other ones super crowded? Just wondering and looking for opinions. We have never stayed there. Thanks!

Hippy Dippy is considered the main pool and has more amenities around it, but the other two pools are fairly large as well. I would assume they will be a bit more crowded with Hippy Dippy closed, but probably not crazy busy where they won't be enjoyable.

Exactly. As a stepmom of two teens, I know that they can be loud in a group, but they are also still kids. Teens respond to kindness. Surely there's grace for a bunch of young ladies who are taking their first steps toward adulthood.

The mods don't like it when we discuss the negatives of the SATG's at the parks or the resorts, so I'll be moving on from your questioning. People who have had experiences with them over the years know what I'm talking about.

It would only be less enjoyable to me if I was far away from a pool. So if the pool is important to you, I’d just recommend requesting a building close to either the bowling pin or computer pool. My request would be building 3, in the 50’s section.
