Joffrey's replaced Nescafe at all Disney food courts nearly 2 years ago.
We bring our own mini one cup coffee pot with us and have never had trouble with it in the room. It has a built in filter so we just put a scoop of coffee and it is good to go. We also buy disposable coffee mugs so we can take a coffee to go with us each morning but then do not have worry about carrying our mug around in the park.
Does anyone know if they have the clothesline in the shower?
Hi! We want to switch from CSR to POP for our March trip (3/16-3/22) to save some $$. But I'm concerned that during this time, there will be a lot of school groups here. We've stayed at POP in the summer when school's out. Any info would be appreciated!!![]()
I think you're going to find that nearly every Mod and every Val is pretty packed throughout the Spring Break weeks. CSR the most likely of the Mods since it's built for large groups/conferences/etc. If you've stayed at Pop during the summer, it really wont be much different.
Short answer: I say move down, save your money. I don't think you'll be noticing enough difference for the extra $ spent.
============================
6 DAYS TIL WE'RE AT WDW/POP!
Request bldg 1. It's close to parking, the food court and two pools.I'm booked April 16th for 4 nights on the first part of a split stay (offsite the rest) and I need 2 connecting rooms since our reservation is for 8 children and 2 adults. I know it isn't guaranteed, but obviously I'll do whatever it takes to get it, even if that means paying more at check-in.
My other request is that we're close to a parking lot. We will be driving to the parks most/all of the time. When the discount came out, my TA moved us to a standard pool view room, which looking at the map looks to be farther from parking lots. I know these places are massive, but does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do before or at check-in to make sure that we are as close as possible to a parking lot? 8 kids and a double stroller, I don't want to have to hike just to get to the van, and I'm willing to pack them up and drive to the main parking lot if we want to go to the main building (if the walk is really far to get what we're asking for).
Thanks
Neil
They now triple sheet the beds with white linens and there is now a piece of the old comforter fabric (don't know what they call it) across the bottom of the bed. It looks nice!Just watched a POP Century room video on youtube published last May, and I noticed that the bed spread look different. Did Disney get rid of the POP Century comforters?![]()

There are not many king bed rooms--we have never once had that request granted though we were once offered a king handicapped room but it had a roll in shower room which we weren't comfortable with. We always have gotten our request of floor level granted and usually the building area or at least close by.
