Hope you have a Magical trip!

Thanks! It's insanity in my house. Kids coming down with weird viruses, my not sleeping, work being INSANE, and my house being a wreck. I cannot WAIT to touch down at MCO tomorrow and get this relaxing vacation started.

I probably won't relax, honestly, until Friday...when the rest of my family shows up. I am a control freak like that and am worried about them oversleeping, or forgetting to turn off lights, etc.

Woke up at 340 this morning..." too excited to sleep". I have soooo much to do in the next 24 hrs. This time tomorrow I will be airport bound!

Probably should start packing ;)

I hope I won't be too excited to sleep and too sleepy to wake up.
By 3:40 am next Tuesday, we will have been on the road half an hour headed to the airport for our 6am flight.

Several years ago when I was going on a solo trip, I slept through my alarm. If my husband hadn't woken me up, I surely would have missed my plane. Next week, we will be setting multiple alarms for 3:00am.

We stayed at POP in the 70's area back in march and loved it. Hoping to be back in May next year!

So I'm going to Disney with a couple of my friends and their 2 y/o daughter. Any tips for making their arrival more magical? What building do you think we should stay in if we can have a choice?

I'm 36 days away and just added an extra day to my trip!! I will have 3 days solo and then my daughter is flying down to join me for the other 4 park days!! This will be my 12th stay at Pop....our WDW home!

Here now...i have been here a few days and the rest of my family flew in today. We are in our room now...they are resting from a full travel day. We hit Ample Hills today..um, YUM!!

Anyway, Pop is fantastic, our room.is SPOTLESS, and the grounds are beautiful, as always!

:wave:Hello we are planning on booking our stay here for next March once they release booking in the next couple of days. We are interested in being in the 70s section I was just wondering though with this section being half preferred half standard is it worth the extra cost to book preferred or should I book standard and just request the 70s?

Thank you :)

My suggestion. Book standard. When doing online checkin, request 70s, lake view. You'll won't too from the bus stop and are also near the bridge and can use Art of Animation bus.

I am 73 days away from my 4th stay at Pop Century. I stayed in the 70's building last time. Good location. We were right by the Giant Mickey. 13 days till fast passes.
