These Fiji views are AMAZING!!! While I prefer the marina view, I would be happy with either.

Perhaps my only request should be for Fiji?

This was very similar to our view. However, we were on the 3rd floor and further to the right.

We head to Disney on Saturday morning! Check into the Poly on Monday! Only because when we originally made the reservation it was just Monday-Saturday then we decided to add 2 days and there were no standard rooms left at Poly to extend our reservation. So as of now first two nights are at POFQ, but if a standard room opens up for Saturday-Monday we will try to just be at Poly the whole time! We are super excited though! :-D

I'm sorry you couldn't extend your Poly stay, but I'm sure you'll have a nice time at POFQ the first 2 nights. Have a great trip .

Anyone there now - can you report back what time folks start lining up to get the HM tiki mug at Trader Sam's? And if you know how quickly they are selling out? We will be in the World this weekend, and trying to figure out if / when / how to pop over to Poly for a shot at one. Thanks!!!

If you are going to go on a weekend, plan to be there early. We saw people in line as early as 10am. During the week, it was more like 2pm when they started to line up. They wouldn't say exactly how many mugs they were doing per day, but the cast members said it was not 200 like I (and everyone else apparently) read online. Judging from the number of wrist bands I saw in the cast members pocket, I'd say 200 was low. We were lucky enough to be there during the hurricane, and waited in line twice. Waiting in line created one of the best memories of our trip. We were waiting among cast members and Disney fanatics and everyone was having a great time telling stories. Now the day after we waited in line, something must have gone awry because there was security watching the line. Good luck!!!

I recently booked our first stay at Poly and I'm trying to decide which longhouse would be best to request for our family. I love the views from the Figi, but we have three small children (2, 3, and 5) and I'm worried about walking (especially to monorail). Approximately how long does it take to walk to pools and monorail from Figi?

My second choice would probably be Samoa. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

How soon do you make your resort request - adding to existing reservation. I know I want a certain building, and that will be only request. Do I call now to add to reservation (trip in a year ) or wait a few months?

Or, just wait until doing online check in?

Now that the Poly has both pools open has the situation with overcrowding and non-resort guests taking up spots gotten any better?

We have Deluxe Standard Studio. I was thinking of putting a room request in the Tokelau building. i was also going to try and get 2nd or 3rd for balcony. Anyone have any room suggestions?
