I ordered 2 boxes on the 11th. My Amazon account shows it was delivered today. I called the Poly # and I will need to pick up at the front desk at arrival. We arrive !!!! a little after midnight so I will update tomorrow. we are en route to the airport. ALOHA everybody!!

East pool was reported as still open today.

I thought it as closed too because I received my Touring Plans alert yesterday which said the east pool was "to closed" for refurbishment. I guess they meant "to close" not "closed".

You're welcome. This vacation for us is a little different, we're not going to the parks this trip. We plan to enjoy the Bungalow and have a relaxing time at the Resort. I should have plenty of time to check things out

It sounds heavenly. We've been fortunate enough to go to Disney several times, so my kids don't feel pressured to do anything and everything at the parks. If I could convince my husband to buy into DVC, we would have a lot of vacations that are resort-only. If there's ever a time I can rent points for a bungalow, I'll do that in a heartbeat. Even if it's just for a night or two. Then we could move to AKV, which is my husband's happy place.

So, did you order the Pantry Prime Box? You arrive the day after tomorrow, right? Have they received the shipment? Did the address work as planned? We are ordering ours today and arrive next Friday. They say 4-5 days for delivery. Thanks

The Amazon Prime Pantry delivery worked great! We had two boxes delivered to the resort stocked with water, pop, powerade, snacks and breakfast items. Front desk noted that they had arrived upon check in, retrieved them from somewhere close to front desk and called bell services. We headed to our room and they were delivered to us soon after we got to our room. It is so nice to have beverages on hand in the fridge and some munchies available.

The Poly is just wonderful. Our room requests were fulfilled. We spent the day here exploring and relaxing after a late night of travel. The construction is barely noticeable to us. Pool, hot tub and kid's play area were open and are all so nice.

My 12/15 Poly stay will be my first monorail stay in 4.5 years. Please refresh my memory, the monorail does start running before morning EMH right? I remember taking it to MK and epcot from GF. I won't have to take a bus or boat to make it there by 8 will I? Thanks

Does anyone have any experience with the order you are dropped off at the resort and picked up to go back to the airport using MDE? I'm considering getting a towncar with driver to drop us off and pick us up but only am interested in doing that if Poly isn't one of the first drop off spots and last pick up stops leaving using MDE.

There is no set order. It all depends on how many guests are arriving at a certain time and where they're going. In 12 trips using DME, I have never had the same order or the same resorts twice.

I think that's really tight. there are so many variables. you could have flight delays, be waiting to get on DME, be one of the last dropped off...I personally wouldn't schedule a lunch ADR with an 11:55am landing. Maybe just do Capt. Cooks for lunch that day. Just my opinion.

You should allow 90 min travel time. Plus how long it will take you from gate/terminal you land at to get to DME. Then there's check in, if room is ready you'll want to go and drop off any carry on, or if room isn't ready check carry on with Bell Service.
You could make it if all the stars are aligned.

The first time I used DME to the Poly, it was exactly one hour from the time I walked off the plane to the time I walked into my room. The next time it was an hour from the plane to the front desk. But a couple weeks ago, it was a bit over 2 hours from plane to room. You just never know!
