Disney's PhotoPass ??'s

Hello everyone, I have been looking at the Disney PhotoPass. I would like to have a private photo session at the GF with my DH (it would be nice to have good photos of the two of us, with both of us in the pic ).

1. Has anyone done this? I have looked over some of the material and I am a little confused about the prices.

$49.95 for a Disney's PhotoPass card containing your photos which can then be added to your disneyphotopass.com account;

$124.95 which will get you a PhotoCD with your images. If you choose to get the PhotoCD, you can save your receipt and CD and exchange it later on during your vacation for a new PhotoCD containing all of your Disney's PhotoPass images. Just won't be able to enhance or change photos.

or bring the required proof that you pre-ordered the PhotoCD and the cost is only $25.00

Sooooo to get the maximum do I purchase it all for $199.99?

Any information would be appreciated from you folks on these boards. Thanks.

there is a link to where you can pre pay for photopass at it is $99. With the pre paid Photopass your sitting fee at GF is $25.

Sometimes on the budget board, folks run a photopass swap, where several people go in on the $99 and coordinate distribution of copies of the CDs.

The most you would pay is $124.95, depending which often you choose.

1. It'll cost $25 if you have already pre-payed for a PhotoPass CD to get the photos added to that CD. (This is in addition to the price of the pre-payed CD.)

2. $49.95 to have your photos put on a PhotoPass card.

3. $124.95 to get a CD with these images on it.

None of these prices include getting the photos printed.

Options 1 and 2 seem like the best.

we did the photo cd, it's $124.95, if you pre-order you receive a $25 discount. You order the CD online & you have 30days to 'edit, crop, enhance, add graphics', the CD arrives in the mail with your editing. You take to Wally-World (or Tar'get) (or @ home) print & viola. Beautiful professional family pics. (with everyone in them). I think well worth it. We uploaded onto the laptop & have a continuous 'scrolling' of our vaca.

OK, thanks everyone, I get it now. Sometimes I just get lost in the translation. I did call the GF and tried to make an appointment for a photo shoot but I got the newbie and she really couldn't answer any questions and suggested I call back in 30 days. I think I'll try to call again to schedule an appointment a little closer to the time that we'll actually be there. Again, thanks for all the help. Aren't these boards great!

You should be able to make the appointment plenty early if it's like anything else at Disney. Give a call back and hope to get someone who can help you.
