Disney's "Open Range" ???

Open Range is an R-rated movie. I didn't think Disney did "R" movies. I don't know much at all about the movie biz, but I recall reading all the outrage that POC was rated PG-13. What's the story ?

I thought the same thing...But it's officially a Touchstone release. BOMojo has it wrong on their deck page.

It's a Touchstone film (a division of Disney), as was Pretty Woman, and a new Touchstone film coming is Cold Creek Manor - a very scary film (to me anyway after seeing the coming attractions at Open Range). Back when Pretty Woman came out, I remember lots of people were in an uproar because "Walt would never do a film about a hooker ...."
