Disney's Magical express if booking elsewhere?

I am thinking of booking our next trip via complete orlando as the prices are much lower than disneyworld.co.uk

If I do this are you still able to use magical express, and if so how would you book this?

I would imagine you would get an option to add it when booking if you are flying to MCO.
