I was flipping through channels on TV the other day and I noted Disneyland in the background of a show. So I stopped to see what it was about.

It was Chef Ryan Scott, he was eating his way through the park.

Segment 2 is a favorite of mine when visiting the parks. Loaded Baked Potato Soup!!

Dinner tonight included a batch of Loaded Baked Potato Soup…. Yumm!! It was so easy to make. And I’m not known for my cooking. Some times I even have trouble warming things properly..

I know what I’m having for lunch on Tuesday, Leftovers.

I love that dish too. Chef Oscar gave us a signed recipe for it and told us not to be scared of salt and pepper lol. I made it at home but it just wasn't the same. No matter what I try you just cant find the magical disney ingredient here in Australia. lol

In mid September the "special" soup at the Pacific Wharf Cafe in DCA had the loaded baked potato soup - which was served in a bread bowl. If it's the same soup, it was very good!
