I was just reading about this. I can't find anything about it on the D-land website. Does anyone know what it is? The price is $64 per person.

TIA:hmghost:

This is what I wrote on another thread:

I'm guessing they'll start the tour when Halloweentime starts. I did the tour last year & I remember our tour started in the afternoon & ended in the evening. I really enjoyed it & it was very entertaining.
We all met @ Guest Relations by DCA & watched some Disney Halloween-esque cartoons before our guide came. She was a ghost hunter & was hunting for ghosts in the park. I remember that we started out @ DCA, but I forgot what we did first. I do remember that we went on ToT & then we lost our tour guide who was hunting for ghosts & got another one instead (can't spoil the secret on who she was). We were led to DL & were told of Halloween stories & how it started. We also went on BTM, Snow White (I believe), & HM. Our guide kept switching between the ghost hunter & the other one, so it kept things interesting & fun. We also got blinking necklaces so we could find each other in the dark & a candy apple @ the end. I would highly reccomend this tour!

Looks fun, if anyone has more info that would be great! Like when it starts, our dates are Sept. 26-Oct1

We are probably gonna go on this tour too and hope we get to see the new SM and the new Halloween fireworks show.

Sounds awesome. We are def. going to do a tour (haven't picked which one yet) and this sounds great. Anyone know whether or not it is appropriate for children? 8 and 12 year old boys that love ghosts and ghost stories.....

I would love to do this... alas I cannot afford to. Oh well, I still have 5 days in the park.

I'm curious about this too. My daughter will turn 6 on this trip but is a huge ride fan and loves ghost stories and the like. As long as it's not "too scary" I think she'll do fine, but would love to hear from other parents that have done the tour.

Did you by any chance receive an old key to the HM ? I remember reading on another thread a while back that they gave away antique looking keys as souvenirs that are supposed to be used in the afterlife when you are ready to take your place with the happy haunts.

My family received these keys when we stayed the night. I am so impressed that they are all different. DL's attention to detail is amazing!

We just booked the Happiest Haunt Tour for the end of September. The tour start time is a choice of either 4:30pm or 4:45pm. The tour includes riding Tower of Terror, Thunder Mountain, Snow White, and Haunted Mansion, all of which were all mentioned for tours in previous years. Added this year is riding Space Mountain ("Ghost Galaxy") and getting reserved seating for the fireworks. Fireworks times haven't yet been officially announced for the end of September, but my tour is for a Tuesday evening so this implies that the new "Halloween Screams" fireworks will be scheduled for every night, not just on weekends. No Disney Visa discount, just the AP discount.

This is the key I got from the tour last year:

Just subscribing to this thread as I am interested in this tour as well & would love more info! Sounds pretty cool! :thumbsup2

It does sound fun!!! Too bad I will have 2 little ones that won't be able to do ToT, SM or BTMRR. Something to think about on future trips......

OMG! I LOOOOVE them. I was telling one of my co-workers that I want to go on the tour just for that key! Gah! Fantastic :) I would so put a long chain on it and wear it on my neck!

I also would like to go on this tour but would like some advice. I have already bought my Parkhopper ticket. When we arrive I will almost immediately be upgrading to an DAP. When I called for info about this tour, I was told I wouldn't be able to get the 20% AP discount. This doesn't seem fair as I will have the pass by the time we take the tour. Any suggestions? I think if I wait to book till we arrive the tour may be full?

Will you have your AP by the time you take the tour? If so, when you call to book the tour I would just tell them you have an AP. I just booked the Segway tour and they asked if I have an AP (which I do), but they didn't ask for any other identifying info from it, I just assumed they would ask to see it there?

Just booked the Happiest Haunts Tour!! We did get a discount for using our Disney Visa and the total was $50.70 pp. I am so happy that it includes the firework seating!

Does anyone have a link to it on the Disneyland site? I am not able to find it there.:confused3

I couldn't find a link, but if you go to the tours section and call the number that they have there they will hook you up. Also to find out more info I just googled Happiest Haunt disneyland and found all kinds of info.

If anyone else is interested, Rustman has DISigned an awesome HHT shirt for my family. You could get one for your tour as well, if you are into that like I am. We are going on Sunday the 27th of Sept.

Heres the link to the DISign:
