Disney's Enchanted Call . . . anyone have the instructions to reschedule?

I scheduled a call for our daughter for the morning we leave, but our plans have changed and I need to reschedule the call.

I have deleted the receipt email and the web site says that the receipt email contains the instructions to reschedule the call.

Does anyone have these, it would be a great help to me.

I don't have it anymore, but if you go to the webiste where you ordered it, It may tell you how in the FAQs I think I saw it there.
