I called this morning, and after 20 minutes of busy signal and half an hour on hold, placed my order. It was very efficient -- I think they've had a lot of practice! Anyway, since we leave Friday, they offered to e-mail a confirmation to me. It was supposed to arrive this afternoon, but so far I haven't seen it. I hope it comes, otherwise I'll be on the phone again tomorrow to try and get them to re-send. I have to have it before I leave!
