Does anyone know which dive operator Disney uses in Cozumel?

I found out that they use Red Sail in Cayman but can't seem to find out who they use in Cozumel.

Thanks!

Welcome over here. I saw you over at the other board. I'll point this out to Tinksdad. He might know.

And I thought the question would be an easy one.

For some reason Disney does not divulge this type of information and I don't know the answer.

We have dove Cozumel we used Blue XT which were great. Christi picked us up and took us back within the time the ship was in port no problem. We used Dive with Martin one time as well. While not a fancy outfit, they got the job done and provided us with good dives. The plus side they are right on the East dock, really close to the ship.
There a A LOT of diving options in Cozumel and you will not go wrong with most of them.

Personally I like to book my dives myself and not through the ship. The biggest reason is to minimize the number of divers on the dive boats we take. It would depend on the number of divers aboard, but with 20-30 divers (cattle boats) on one dive boat it just is NOT something I enjoy! Better to be with a smaller group of less than 8 divers and with an diver operator that will allow you to dive your own profile and not come up with the first person to run out of air.

But that's just me!

Thanks for the reply. I will probably book my own dive but did want to see if I could find out if Disney used a decent op.

I have heard that Blue XT, Scuba with Alison, and Eagle Ray Divers are all good. So I will probably go with one of them.

In Cayman, I am going to try to go with Neptune's Divers. We used them on our last Cayman trip and they were wonderful.

Thanks again!

We used Eagle Ray Divers in September. They were excellent. It was our first ocean dive and I could not have been more pleased with our experience. FYI - This is also the operator that a bunch of the DCL crew uses when they are able to get the day off. We had the Captains assistant, one of the stateroom host supervisors and an intern on a part of our trip. Figure with as much as they get to the ports, they probably know of the better operators to go with.
