Does anyone else have this problem? I have to phone in daily to book our ADR's for July - and each day I call they can't seem to find me in the computer. It takes forever....I am not blaming the poor CM's who are friendly and trying their best. Why am I not in the computer? Does that make any sense?
Then after 10 minutes of not finding me and searching and the computer is slow, I give the confirmation number for a previous day's reservation and they look me up but the information is all wrong....like phone number, etc. The name is correct though (thankfully)
Does any one else share my pain? I have one more day to call for and I must say I am dreading it. Definitely worth the money to stay on site in the future.

Not sure how that happened since we both have names that are gender specific, so it couldn't be that the CM thought he was talking to my DH instead of me when I listed our names out for the resort reservation. It isn't a huge deal, but the first time I called after I made the reservation to try (yet again
) for CRT, the CM told me that the reservation was under a different name when I gave her mine.
