Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I just booked a 2 bedroom theme park view suite.

EDIT: found the map. Looks like it’s just the one room, any info to know about it?
Someone had shared a layout map of tower club before but I can’t find it does anyone have it? I’m wondering where this room is and how many of them there are?

Also, how do they handle allergies in the lounge? My daughter is allergic to eggs and we haven’t gone to a buffet or club lounge with her before.

Also editing to add I saw there’s problems with the roof? Our trip is end of March, should I reconsider this room? We have another room booked I was planning to cancel but now wondering if I should cancel this instead?

It's a great room - can't beat the size of any of the rooms on the 14th floor, and the 2BR suites in particular feel down right massive.

Only small potential downside for some is that each bedroom in that room type has 2Qs, some traveling parties would rather have a king in one and 2Qs in the other. But that's somewhat minor.

I can't speak to allergies, but I tend to see people being well accommodated in the lounge and CL comments in general around here. A CR concierge CM typically calls a few days pre-arrival and one of their usual questions is if anyone in your party has any allergies, so that would be a good time to bring up that topic.

Hard to peg the roof project in terms of timing/expectations. I saw a picture this week where the crane had moved over to the front/right of the resort (if looking from the parking lot) which would suggest they're currently working on the south side of the building which is roughly over the area of that 2BR suite, but who knows the timeline and sequencing of things.

Unless your trip is soon I'd be inclined to not worry too much about it, if they do end up needing to move you they're usually fair/generous with the compensation.

Thank you! We were just in the Poly Tower and could see that crane. That would be great if they are working on that part now. Our trip is slightly over a month away at the end of March. Just nervous about where they’d move since we are going during spring break so hotel availability is limited.

Okay I need some advice our DD wants to stay at concierge at some point soon. Our regular favorites are Grand, WL and Poly but we always wanted to try Beach Club. We did Poly Concierge once when she was 18 months old and it was fantastic but that was a long time ago. Can you please guide me on which has the most/best food options? I don't need her to fall over herself wowed but I would like more than chicken nuggets and pigs in a blanket.

If you search you can see pics for current offerings at various club levels. All will offer more than chicken nuggets and pigs in a blanket, GF will offer the most variety - but that variety comes with a noticeable price tag if that is of concern.

I’ve never stayed BC, but have done YC CL a couple of times and the food is fine, but nothing special. It used to be a lot better pre-COVID. The staff there are very good though. If you are looking for good food with a variety and not as pricey as GF, I might suggest that you watch some videos of the CR CL. Both the Atrium club and Tower Club have same menu, but Atrium is much cheaper bc Tower mostly suites. CR CL has sushi every night if you guys like that.

All CL food options are on a three day rotation. I can speak to BC/YC options that you will get chicken nuggets and little hot dogs on the rotations but you will also get salmon, pot roast, chicken with quinoa, tacos, shrimp, pulled pork, assorted vegetables, different salads nightly, different breads and rolls, and cheese itemsI’m sure I have missed a few items. Breakfast items from different eggs dishes with ham, bacon spinach, goat cheese etc.. pancakes, sausage chicken and or pork. Assorted breads, bagels, pastries, muffins, cold cuts, cereals and oatmeal. Juice, milk, coffees and tea. Yogurt and jams etc….midday snacks and nightly pastries and desserts. My only complaint has been keeping everything hot enough. CM’s do a great job keeping food refreshed. Hope this helps. The YC CL lounge is being rehabbed now and should be completed by the end of the month.

When I was there, there wasn’t as much turnover of food as I would’ve liked bc the lounge happened to not be very busy when we were there last.
Agree with Ricguz’ description of all the items. One thing I really did like was every morning they had a different breakfast cake/bread such as banana bread, zucchini, Apple cinnamon loaf out and all were really good. They also usually put the same bread out at lunch/snack time.

Thank you. When I was looking at the first page it had dates from 2022 and I assume it has changed a bit since then.

This really helps. I had googled Disney concierge and it specifically mentioned the chicken nuggets and pigs and a blanket implying that was standard at Beach Club as the average. DH and I are excited to do this for DD next Spring.

This sounds great she loves breads and trying different types.

Have you checked YouTube? Should be a few recent videos showing the latest offerings. We love watching them before our trips. I took pictures during our WL CL stay over Christmas. You can find them starting HERE. Hope that helps a bit.

Was totally going to suggest the YouTube things. Organize them by most recent date and there are lots of detailed videos of all the resorts you are looking at. Good luck.

I will be at YCCL in March so I will be doing a review of the offerings and rehab. I offerings at YC are similar to BC.

I thought the YC lounge and rooms were taken off the reno list. I read it somewhere here on the disboards or a different site. Am I wrong?
