Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

We check in to the BWI CL tomorrow and got a call from the Innkeepers Club on Monday (so 3 days ahead). It was a nice touch, but really too late to be of much help that I can think of. She did say she was calling to ask if we have any allergies (which was nice, but we had already emailed them to DSS) and or had any questions.

According to my conversation with the manager, it's something she's implemented specifically for BWI CL and she did this after reopening. It's not SS, it's their staff that calls, from the desk at Inn Keepers. They do this close to your arrival, or have on all of our trips. Granted, we've not made any of our plans far out either so there's that. I got my call for this trip on Monday

I think the call is a nice touch, and it was definitely someone from the Innkeepers club based on how they introduced themselves (although if you call the “front desk” from your room they superficially pretend they are actually the front desk so I guess maybe I shouldn’t have said definitely). However; I think a better approach would be a call prior to 60 days out when they could actually give advice, help with reservations if they are back to that, or take room requests, and then call again a few days out for welcome and just to ask if you have any additional questions. But I’ll take anything personal that they are doing, it’s better than nothing which is what I’ve had for most of my CL stays!

I got a call about 60 days ago for this stay at CR and then the call yesterday just to check in. Hopefully this is something they will start doing just to confirm.

I’m sitting here on the second floor of the CR waiting for my garden wing room to be ready. I really miss not having the club level lounge when your room is not ready 😢😁

Love that the CR has these hidden out of the way places to chill while waiting

If you have any time, would you please take a picture of the Recreation Calendar for me, please? Thank you! Have a great trip!!

I find myself checking several times a day now to see if a bigger room shows up for our BWI CL trip. I look at both Disney Visa and Disney+ discounts as well as rack rate. We are getting close to our 60 day mark...tell me your amazing stories of that perfect room opening up for you at the last minute! (or at all!!! lol)

If you have a second to respond, curious if you have anything to report about “a variety of complimentary snacks nearby” that they are offering during Atrium Club’s closure today/tomorrow?

Hope you enjoy your stay!

It's almost 5! Are you really not in a room yet? Unacceptable if so.
Nope will head down at 5 to see what’s what. I already stopped by the desk around 2 because my charging privileges weren’t turned on so they know I’m waiting. I always seem to have issues at the CR non CL 😁😁😁

I did get my welcome letter 😁

I've only ever used DME to get to the hotel and book a car back. If I book a service (used Tony's I think) to the hotel, do they track flights? We are 4 people with luggage, trying to plan the easiest way to BWI. Am I better prebooking or getting a big uber? We have a 6/630 flight from Newark and there have been tons of delays. We won't arrive to MCO until around 930nif all goes well.

I booked a car once and no it did not track our flight. If we don’t rent we use Uber. Using it Friday. When there are 4 we just opt for XL

Where would I find it? Don’t usually pay any attention to those things

Is this what you are looking for
Yes! But looking for July! I saw some resorts put up the 4th of July week holiday recreation schedule. It’s possible it’s outdoors near the pool. If you do not see it, no biggie! Thank you so much! Have fun!!!! 😊
